We aim to get your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. All of our products are dispatched within 3 working days of your order being placed.

We ship using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and destination of your parcel. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information if applicable.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the courier’s schedule, but we always strive to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Returns Policy

Because of the nature of our products, we aim to minimise returns—each item is made or selected with the intention of being cherished. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unwornin original condition, and returned with all original packaging.
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Return:

  2. We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if approved.
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund or exchange, as agreed.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable service for returns, as we cannot be responsible for lost parcels.
